Saturday 24th of December and despite a temperature of 11 degrees, frost greens are in operation. That was bad enough, but to compound matters the next inspection was meant to be 11.00am (actually took place at 11.25pm),giving us 4 hours of light. Questions: why were frost greens on? why was the inspection not held earlier? and why are we paying £700 per annum for decisions like this? The weather conditions couldn't have been better for December,i am not alone on this subject, please get this sorted!!!
